Order Processing

Please email your orders and they will be processed within 1 working day. Tracking numbers will be attached to the order. Tracking of a parcel can be done by phoning the relevant courier service.

Please note that all return requests have to be e-mailed to Axis Anti-slip at sales@axisantislip.co.za giving reasons for the return. You will then be sent a returns form and relevant return address.

Refund Policy

Our product only refund is based on the proviso that the goods are returned in 100% re-saleable, unused or unworn condition within 5 days of receiving the goods. Please allow 14 working days from the day that we receive your order for us to process your exchange or refund. We will refund the product purchase cost only (i.e. less any shipping costs). This is applicable to all returns including situations where the customer orders the wrong size, style & colour preferences. If goods need to be returned due to a manufacturing fault then these goods has to be returned within 14 days of purchase to be inspected by the manufacturer. If it is agreed that there is in fact a manufacturing fault with the product, all costs will be refunded including shipping costs. (South Africa Only) Note: We cannot be held responsible for any delays or damage caused by any third parties.

Any goods ordered that have been cut to size, printed in a non-standard colour or manufactured to a customer’s specific dimensions, cannot be returned.

If these goods are deemed tampered with in any way your warranty will become void and you will become responsible for the costs of replacement and return shipping. If no manufacturing fault is found you will be responsible for the costs of replacement and return shipping. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances. We will not be liable for any transit damage that may occur on any product you have returned to us for replacement. We strongly suggest that you make sure you have used sufficient packaging to protect your product and insure against damage before returning any product for replacement.

Any discrepancy with an order including incorrect colour, quantity or size has to be reported to us immediately. We cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies not reported to us within 48 hours of you receiving your goods. It is the customers’ responsibility to check all orders on delivery and report any discrepancies within the 48 hour time limit. We sell large amounts of product and if the product you require is sold out, we will have to import more and this may come at a higher price, this is why we say 48 hours.

In relation to new goods the company will accept liability for defective goods only to the extent that the company is entitled to make a claim under the manufacturer’s or publishers warranty and obtain from the manufacturer or publisher a refund, credit, repair or replacement of the defective goods.

All returns carriage costs will be borne by you the sender.
